Die Speisekarte ist klein, passt aber gut zum Restaurant. Das Essen ist lecker. Das Restaurant ist sehr sympathisch, aber empfehlenswert ist die Terrasse.

My daughter and I were looking g for a place to eat late at night nearby our hotel so we visited the Flying Burger. After placing our order at the bar inside, we were seated at a small table out on the deck and the ambiance was nice. To my surprise, I saw strips of beef being placed in the grinder done to order! Wow! When the food came out, OMG! It was amazing! The burger was very thick and juicy on a grilled sesame bun. The fries? Wow! The Belgian style fries were hot and crisp and tender on the inside! We both ate every piece! Service was nice. It appears that it may be a husband and wife owned and operated little place. While Apple map showed closed at 9 PM, Google has the correct time closed at 11 PM. I am in Geneva for less than a week as I see my daughter off to her study abroad program. We will definitely be back one more time before I leave this week. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

Lest the proprietor of this so-called restaurant (more like a food hole actually) is wondering why his place is almost permanently empty, he might start by looking at his attitude towards his customers. Non-functional wifi. Poor service. Mediocre offering. Appalling manners. Scruffy servers.
