Cooking Colours - Metz

In a small but cozy setting, the previous food truck owners now serve their food in an all vegan restaurant ! I walked by this place a couple of days ago but it wasn’t open yet, when I walked by again and saw it was open I just couldn’t resist. I came in asking for fast service , as I had a performance to attend. They did so without a problem ! I had a pasta dish with mushroom sauce. It was quite yummy. I took some deserts to go as well. I’ll update on them later! Pastries are to die for! And pretty reasonably priced!!! I keep coming back for them every time I’m in Metz

This small vegan restaurant was a great find. They have quite a large menu, including burgers, falafel wraps, pizzas, salads, and more. I ordered the samosas, which is served as a main dish, and they give you 4. My friend ordered the Vegabab wrap. Both were pretty good. I tested for the second time the classic vegan burger that was a real success accompanied by fried sweet potatoes that I highly recommend with burger. all this has been harmonized with a glass of Austrian dry white wine. always a good value for money, a pleasant setting and a professional service. I always recommend this vegan bistro to put! Great job! anthony bour
