In Mettman, in the upper town, there is a historic building with turret, the restaurant turret. I would call this restaurant a scene place, because the bear rises on weekends. The same applies when various city festivals take place in Mettmann around the church, then the revolver is the first address. But despite everything, you can eat delicious. The kitchen is Greek and very versatile. During visits we usually order the revolver plate, which is very large and contains various meats, salads, Zaziki and Pommes. This plate creates the right foundation for a beautiful evening. Also noteworthy is the large selection of beers that can be found here. The revolver is a restaurant that offers a social beer round or a meal.

Food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was a bit too inattentive we had to wait a little longer outside to order our drinks. The food order didn't go smooth. To push everything to missing personnel can't be. Then you have to adjust the external gas economy.

One hour waiting for the dinner. Last time it happened someting similar was 15 years ago in Cuba. Total disaster.

The salat didn't really convince me. Great ambiente and he's super nice. Unfortunately, in the evening breaking full with very long waiting period.

Cosy restaurant/ pub in the middle of Mettmann, just opposite the beautiful church of St. Lambertus. Menu is Greek/Italian, but also offers many classics such as Wiener Schnitzel or Toast Hawaii. The portions are generous, the prices moderate. Service already takes a little longer at peak times, but makes this up again by kindness. Seven types of beer from the barrel, even early Kölsch, which I like as an exile carpenter particularly well. You can eat really well here, but you can just drink a beer. From the atmosphere rather pub as a restaurant, but I feel very cozy.
