Bidra med feedbackDiscovered this place when we got tired of the usual dining spots at BGC High Street, Market Market and Aura. Found at BGC Forum, your family and friends will surely love to dine here. They serve great Filipino dishes with a twist. You'll definitely love the mix of flavors with every bite. The resto is nice and the staff are very accommodating. Will surely drop by again once I get the chance.
The first time I visited, a few of my friends have told me that it's really good. It's authentic. What they failed to tell me was its expensive. For the variety of food they served and the price. It just didn't add up for me. For 4 sticks of isaw manok, it was already 180 pesos. Now, I don't think I would have had a problem if the isaw was out of this world. But no, it was just doused with vinegar and chicken oil. Nothing special. Everything in the menu was not anything special. The kansi, the single serving bowl, was not special the broth was not special. I don't understand why for many this has been a go-to spot. Perhaps in the future if they tweak their menu I will come back. fatgirlsdayout.com
Will just have a no fuzz straight review for this. Negrense or Bacolod food done differently and excellently. My favorite branch tho my first time to review it here. Ordered my favorites the crispy isaw and lumpia inasal, had to skip another favorite the sizzling kansi to try the beef rendang. Ordered the kalabasa chocolate balls for dessert. Lumpia and isaw still great will be my staple whenever I will visit Sarsa. Lumpia inasal is a profusion of textures and tastes ,chicken inasal, chicharon, sisig, lumpia and soft taco all merged in a dish, nice aioli sauce to compliment with it tho I like it with sinamak for a more Pinoy experience. Isaw as an Asian street food enthusiast ,Sarsa's version is a great representative for the Philippines in the Southeast Asian region. The beef rendang rendition is one of the best in Southeast Asia, tender and moist beef in a very flavorful coconut milk sauce, more rice please.???????????????? I ordered the kalabasa chocolate balls because I'm a bit curious on how they've executed it I'm not a fan of chocolate based desserts but this one is an exception. Pumpkin croquette balls filled with chocolate served with coconut milk sauce.European styled dessert made into a Pinoy gem. Food still very ,very good. Ambiance and food presentation thumbs up love the way they served the rice parang tanghalian o hapunan lang sa bahay. Price reasonable Staff very good, thanks to the small lady staff who have introduced to me the Kalabasa choco balls. Overall NAMIT!

Had a craving for a good Pinoy meal and I must say, I wasn't disappointed. If you're looking for a yummy Negrense food around the area, this is definitely the place to go. Excellent service, too! ????
