Bidra med feedbackI have dined in many restaurants around the world with a group of people and we have never paid thousands of euros, not even in a Michelin 5-star restaurant. But this restaurant, oh my God! We had a mediocre steak and dry pasta that my partner did not enjoy. The bill came out to over 52,000 pesos for 8 people without any wine. Just a simple steak, lamb, and pasta. It's absurd! Definitely not worth recommending to anyone!
I went to dinner with a group of friends at this restaurant. The service was attentive, but unfortunately, the steak I ordered was terrible. As the evening went on, we ordered more wine. The next day, when I looked at the bill, I realized that the Victor I had ordered was not the one I had received - we had been given a higher priced white wine. This was my fault for not double-checking the wine prices with the waiter. It was disappointing and frustrating that the staff had been deceitful in this way. If anyone decides to try this restaurant, make sure to double-check the wine you are ordering to avoid ending up in the same situation. I will not be returning to this restaurant for two reasons: the steak was awful and the staff was deceptive and took advantage of us.
The restaurant is overpriced for the underwhelming experience it offers. The steaks are average and the overall cost is high. Spending over 600 USD for 5 people without including wine or alcohol is costly, especially in the Philippines. It lacks value for money and doesn't justify the price.
Last week, I have dined for lunch with a colleague and paid the equivalent of AUD$324 for 2 steaks (a rib eye and a tenderoin.) that includes 2 suppenings that are part of the meal set and 2 glasses red wine I ordered....The ribeye my colleague was ok but certainly not stellar. the tenderloin, on the other hand, bordered the incredible. I guess that was locally sourfte beef in any case had not taste or texture properties of usda or Australian beef. the meat was rather chewing on sharing, and I could only finish less than half the proportion. also the sides of maic potatoes and butter vegetables were very inspiring. absolutely bad quality and too expensive. much better steaks in bgc ie. wolfgangs. Save your money.
7 steak dinners 3 orders of oysters a foie gras salad. too expensive for me. the dinner experience wasnt worth it. the dry aged steak had too much ligament on it and also alot of fat. kids seemed to like their wagyu though.i would rather...eat at a yakiniku restaurant on pasay rd. and spend 1/3 of the bill only.
