Bidra med feedbackI highly recommend trying Kuppa's freshly ground coffee. Their ensaymada is delicious and they always make great choices when it comes to their menu selection.
I really enjoy the breakfast options at this restaurant. The food tastes great, especially in the morning when you're craving a hearty meal. My go-to order is the bonifacio (tapa), although the adobo is also good, but a bit pricey for the portion size. I would rate this place a 4 out of 5 due to the slow service at times, as the workers are sometimes not able to attend to customers promptly. It would be even better if they offered unlimited or refillable brewed coffee.
I visited Kuppa for the first time and ordered a cortado and a napoleone. Later, I tried their cold brew. The air conditioning could use an upgrade, especially on a hot Filipino summer afternoon, but their locally produced coffee is excellent. The quality can be hit or miss, depending on the coffee bean chosen, but it's a reliable option for a local and authentic tasting brew. I recommend visiting during weekdays or off-peak hours to avoid the crowds.
Smoking area and smoking were not completely separated so that the entire coffee shop smells like zigarette (no smell of coffee, so bad! . one of the male workers was rude, he told us to move from our line in the opposite direction and a 'snob' eye...contact us. this coffee shop has many employees, but still the process is slow that we have to wait 20 minutes for our drink and another 10 minutes for our change. Note that this is not during the midday period.
I appreciate that they were able to bake a hot lava cake in about 20 minutes although that was not on their menu. But the taste was just about average. The margarita pizza was average too. They had very limited choices of coffee. For instance,...they had no decaf cafe latte. Next time, we will stick to Starbucks. The person who served us was being so friendly that he was intrusive.
