Pizza Hut - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Love this store. Pizza Hut was never our favorite as a family but this store changes our mind. They are always polite, quick and make great pizzas. This is our go to pizza place for the family when we need something quickly for the family. Management does an outstanding job Highly recommend

They took my money for an order… I called 4 times to be put on hold..after no one coming to the phone. …I went to the store paid for my food again .staff just lied to me to my face said the money would clear after they close out..never happened ..supervisor call me to tell me they can’t refund me my money back because there’s no record of me ordering.. but did refund the second order out of good faith… now since last Tuesday they got a hold on my money..can’t blame Cash app because they have no control ..

Very rude put me on hold for 10 minutes then hangs up call back sevral times no answer then when they know it was my number they hung up again instead of being Conscientious and at least telling the customer. The situation just rudely hung up and continues to hang up no wonder they have such low ratings I told her it was delivery. She asked me for my address. I. Gave her my address. Then she tells me we don't deliver. So now I'm paranoid that she has my address. And she telling me they don't deliver. So why didnt the girl i spoke to tell me that im gonna have to go thier in person matter fact i think ill call the cops fr

This restaurant is not well kept, and doesn't look clean on the outside. Every time I've ever gone and opted for curbside delivery, I eventually end up having to go inside after waiting for an extended period in my car because no one ever comes out. The manager(s) do not take accountable or have any consideration for their inconveniences, and its frustrating. Any time I pay for extra cheese, there doesn't seem to be extra cheese on my pizza, and tossed wings are never fully covered or tossed in sauce.

Edit Jan 2024: gave them another try after a year or so since the review below. Ordered a pepperoni lover's pan pizza (placed online, late Sunday afternoon) and they delivered a regular pepperoni stuffed crust. If you like playing roulette with your food go here; otherwise go somewhere else. Original review: We have ordered multiple times in the past couple of months at different times of the day/week and the result has been the same: undercooked food, incorrect orders, and front desk staff who would rather spend time talking to friends who are hanging out at the counter versus checking out customers. Other nearby pizza restaurants, while also dealing with labor shortages/supply chain issues, seem to still be able to get orders correct.
