I have never experienced such terrible service at a restaurant before! This place used to be so pleasant and customer-focused, but now the staff is narrow-minded, rude, and argumentative. The level of service has noticeably deteriorated. Dunkin, you need to enhance the training of your staff before you lose all of your customers.
