Dunkin' - Methuen

I visited this location at 5 a.m., and I have to say, the staff was very pleasant and perfectly managed my order. The coffee was precisely made and delicious, and the service was excellent. It’s definitely one of the better Dunkin’ locations I've been to. While there isn’t a drive-thru, I actually prefer that because it guarantees my coffee is made exactly how I want it.

They topped my Charlie cold brew with whipped cream, probably thinking I wouldn't notice there was no cold foam. LOL! There's always something off at this location. What a shame!

I have to say, and I mean it, I've visited many Dunkin' locations all over the world. However, the service I received today at 2 PM on Wednesday was the best I've ever experienced! The person at the drive-thru was incredibly polite, fast, and well-mannered, along with a friendly smile. He made my latte perfectly, and I'm really happy with it! Thank you! I highly recommend this location!

I have no complaints. It's just another Dunkin'. The staff member was friendly and made a good effort. The coffee and bagel sandwich were enjoyable. They didn't have the specific bagel I wanted on two occasions, but that’s alright. What I did get was tasty, so I’ll give them a 4 out of 5.

I had some difficulty understanding the lady at the pickup window. My coffee was initially made incorrectly, but they did fix it for me.
