Dunkin' - Methuen

Never have cold brew in the afternoon!! Not sure why they don't have more. Only dunks I go to with no cold brew. Drive through is abysmally slow. New shop opening across the street. Can't wait

My wrap was made cold and not even put together... i was the only 1 in the drive threw so this is unacceptable that they didn't even make a effort ... ????

I really like their frozen coffee without whipped cream. The easy problem I have is that they seem to run out of pure donuts and when I get one, it's something on the side of the spike. You always have to stop my order and check the availability of this donut. I really didn't think this donut was so popular. Even the employee who speaks on the microphone when you order must speak slower, louder and clearer, we old people cannot hear or understand you.

The service was quick, and the online ordering process was simple. I mistakenly ordered the wrong drink, but the staff were very helpful and fixed it right away when I asked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd give them 25 donuts!
