Star And Garter - Metheringham

Fantastic, friendly, welcoming pub! I would recommend it.

Stopped for one night at the Star and Garter. Loved the place, such a warm and friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Cracking night in the pub watching the footy, great atmosphere, great service highly recommend it

We were just looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights. This fitted the bill. We had a good nights sleep and were well fed both in the evening and at breakfast where there was no menu they just asked what you wanted. The pub had a good friendly family atmosphere and Butch was a very helpful host. Don't come here looking for luxury but we enjoyed our stay and would go back

Bit early to say. A very warm welcome from the Host and looking forward to a lovely couple of days.

Good local pub ,no frills good food and nice outdoor area popular with the locals
