Excellent is not enough to describe it. the second plate of wagyu freude is the best dish I had in my life. the service was coordinating, and each court was masterly executed. but the wagyu freude is the best bar court bar no. has to eat here when in st. petersburg.
Food was relatively expensive and the portions were pretty small. However, the foot itself was good. Worth a visit.
Prices are too expensive, though food quality was best. On lunch we spent 330$ for 2 person, which you’ll agree with me, is insanely high.. (we didn’t order something very special)
As a lover of Asian food, saved this dinner for that special last night of this otherwise pleasant stay. So, in a nutshell: Great, attentive, yet inobtrusive service. Great interior. Good sake selection. Bland food, insulting for a restaurant of this level. Spicy soup not spicy at all. The today 's special tuna tataki was overmarinated chewy tuna with a bunch of God knows what thrown on top, which failed to distract tastebuds from the vinegary taste. Dry, undercooked, dim sum assortment, filled with something indeterminate. Singapore noodles dry and tasteless... All adding up to a $200 disaster, which would have been very reasonable had these dishes, which are more or less Asian menu staples, been properly cooked. A total surprise given the amazing Percorso a few steps down the corridor.
