Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Metairie

At this point after leaving another Popeye's empty hand. They were busy, but kept the line moving, had a good attitude, and the food was hot. That's a good location.

The cashier said she couldn't break $100 bill but then she found the money to do that cuz we didn't have any other money then they had no ice for drinks couldn't find the trash can they forgot to give my friend the fries with her combo meal needless to say we will not be visiting the Metairie Popeyes America's kitchen again

Guess service in the drive through, good chicken, and dry biscuits, as usual. It's not the fault of this location, it's every Popeyes in the city. Why, Popeyes, why? There aren't many cities more southern than New Orleans, if there are any. Why do he New Orleans Popeyes seem unable to make a decent biscuit???

I only gave it a 3 star review this time,because they screwed up our order...again. This makes 2 visits in a row- at the same location! that this has happened! Also,fyi,We would have gone back in the line,and corrected the mistakes gotten the rest of the food we ordered,.but it was getting late and the line was really long that night) most likely we will not be visiting this branch again after these unfortunate mistakes,but the parts of our order we DID receive was very good.

This early in the day I get grease saturated shrimp huh?? Y?all opened not long ago and I couldn?t even get fresh shrimp lol I cannot. I haven?t eaten at Popeyes in months so this is what I get for even going wow
