Denny's - Metairie

We came from Galveston and our waiter Mario was great. Good service and great setting. He even made me a birthday pancake. He was great. Great service and good coffee.

I celebrated the last of my Brady Bunch to the 12th grade. This is my heart! Since I am a Travel Business Owner of #ImagineDatVacation I have the opportunity to share information with my customers and future customers when they visit this site Customer service was great, the food was excellent and we will return.

The waiter was friendly professional and ready to please. The food was excellent, the cook also did a phenomenal job. It was late, but they took care of her. We were very happy.

October 19, 2021 We had to sit in the waiting area for 25 minutes... even though there were at least six booths that were vacant. The explanation we were given was that there were only two servers on duty. Still, diners could have been seated and offered beverages... with the understanding that service might take longer than expected. There were several additional non-kitchen staff... in Denny 's uniforms... who were in the area near the cash register, but not attending to diners. Once we were seated, our orders were taken and breakfast food/beverages were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. After that, no one came to the table to ask if we wanted a coffee refill or anything else to order... not even when our server was with the diners two booths away. In fact, some uniformed staff were standing around talking... with their backs to diners... not even looking to see if someone wanted attention. We had 'call out ' to get the attention of anyone... just to ask for a coffee refill. Not a pleasant experience.

The place was dead when I went with a friend for dinner around 7pm. I've been going to this location since I was a teenager. I got burger and fries and a shake. Food was absolutely delicious. I am ashamed to say this but I forgot our servers name but she definitely made our dinner experience incredibly enjoyable and I will go back just for her (ok ok! You got me.ill be going back for the cake batter shake too!
