Ordered from here a few times through door dash and never had any issues but this time around my raisin Raisin Pretzel was very tough and stiff. Definitely wasn't fresh and seemed as if it may have been sitting for a while. Still gave 4 stars because I've never had any major issues before

I ordered extra 2 icing Sweet Glaze Dip and and extra Cheese Dip and didn't receive them...dough was chewy and half done...wouldn't recommend

They gave me the wrong sauce and put to much sugar in the pretzel bites cup or should I say sugar cup. It had more sugar than pretzel bites. But the Almond pretzel was delicious.
