Bidra med feedbackCalasole to night have allowed me to taste his tuna bottarga from Marzamemi (Pachino). This very special bottarga made in Sicily served in olive oil and fresh chili pepper is a delicious appetizer, but with pasta and pachino fresh tomato in a tremendous first course alias 'pasta con la bottarga ' is simply a must have for your mouth. If you want taste sea sound you must looking for Marzamemi tuna bottarga.
The terrace and its position are great, you can dine listening to the waves of a very peaceful stretch of coast. The food is creative, even though the menu could be a bit more focused. Quite disappointing that in an evening when only four tables had people, they finished mussels which are the most typical fish from the area. All in all the food is more than decent. What is quite disappointing is the service: one lady that sounded like she had never worked in her life, but also the waiter who had a rough and abrupt behaviour could have smiled and be a bit more welcoming. He did a great thing, which was recommending a nice white wine. The owners were around yet they did not bother to welcome us or make any effort to make us feel at home. It's a pity as it could be a great place also for aperitivo or small bites, lunch or dinner...
