I'm not afraid to say that it's the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life. super recommended

I went to places where the quality compared to the price paid was poor. here at the carrubba honest prices and excellent quality of the products. very attentive to customers and celiacs. Trattoria-Restaurant in a convenient position a few km from the heart of S.Agata di militello. the room looks nice, with a first room quite intimate for the type. the service is almost impeccable, kindness and education make it as master, fast service, the mis en place clearly adapted to the type. as far as food is concerned, everything was really great, it is a local cuisine that resumes the Sicilian culinary tradition true and proper, combined with the products of the period and autochthonous (e.g. black pig). appetizer and roll/braciole advice, the fried potatoes cut by hand is unparalleled. Moderate prices, consonance with quality. recommended for rich and delicious food.
