Bidra med feedbackCame here on a Saturday night, which is their prime rib and crab legs night. Paid $23 and really wasn’t expecting much from the crab legs. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and ate a mountain full of crab legs and they were delicious. Lots of good food, friendly servers. Overall great experience.
It has been a couple years since the last time I ate here , but came by on Wednesday after hiking Valley of Fire. The last time I came here they had Bbq and Fried Chicken , so I was hoping for the same. It was Home Style Cooking Night and it was like $16.00 , but I used my points and a $5 Food Voucher I had. I was sat down immediately and the restaurant was about half full. They took my drink order before I even sat down. I went up to the buffet and it was less choices than the last time I came. The only bbq they had was strips of tri tip in bbq sauce and I got 2 small pieces to try and I didn't care for them. They did have the Fried Chicken , so I got a big breast and it was so good and juicy and the breading was perfect. Mashed Potatoes with Turkey Gravy was spot on , they also had brown gravy. I was surprised there was no corn on the cob like last time. Chicken Cordon Bleu which I love was just okay , and a big Swedish Meatball that was just okay also. For desert I got the Hot Cherry Cobbler which was very good , a small taster of Fruit Cobbler which was like Pineapple and Apple maybe I didn't really like it I would have rathe had Peach Cobbler , and a small taster of Bread Pudding which was okay. They had Cookies , Pies , Cakes , and a Ice Cream machine also. They were good about coming by and giving me a refill of my Arnold Palmer also. They have a Steak Night , Seafood Night , and a Prime Rib and Crab Leg Night also. On the Carving Station they only had Turkey on my night.I would recommend coming here since the price is right and the food is decent. I wish they would have had the bbq like last time. The Pork Ribs were really good. I definitely recommend the Fried Chicken here , it's damn good.
Friday is Seafood Dinner Buffet. Get there early. It is popular so expect a waiting line!!
You may not think so given the location, but this is one of the top 5 buffets I have ever had. The quality of the food compared to the low price is amazing. Selection is great and the service is exceptional. Worth the drive and worth the stop if you are heading to Vegas.
Their food is ok. However, when I went tbe prime rib was a bit overcooked even for me who likes medium well steaks. There is also only one action pasta station unlike other vegas buffets with chinese, mexican, italian, etc. Overall, this place can use some improvements in food variety. Price is good. But this place has not wowed me.
