Bidra med feedbackWe have a crew of 15 to 20 guys working here in Mesquite. I typically place and pick up the lunch order for everyone. It has been challenging to find a place that is okay with large orders like this. That being said this place has been great about it.Very friendly staff (especially Fran) that has done a great job taking and filling the order quickly, correctly, and without anycomplaints. Please keep it up!

Fran was amazing! After a long drive her friendly, helpful demeanor made our pitstop far more pleasant than anticipated. So glad we decided to stop here!!!!
Ended up stopping to get gas and saw that this DQ was inside. Figured I?d stop and get a misty because I haven?t had one in years. The service here is fantastic. The man working at noon on 4/28 was doing the most. Making food, taking orders, runningthings to tables. Had to stop and acknowledge the good work! The misty is great, the grape one brings me back to childhood.
I would have given a 0 star or even lower than that. The worst store where customer service was worst. We stopped at this location for an icecream. I took an icecream sandwich from the freezer and gave it to my day to just hold it. My dad being newto the US didn?t know the rules and he just opened it. The lady at the counter/registry started yelling and annouced to thewhole team in their kitchen in a very rude and harsh tone saying, ?people here are just opening the icecream and eating withoutpaying?. I was already in the line and was waiting for my turn to pay for the icecream and order few other items from the menu.When I confronted her saying it was rude on her part to just yell like that, she then went on saying that it was her job to tellthat to my manager who is behind in the kitchen. She could have told that in a soft tone and handled in a different manner. AllI could say was, she was being a racist and very arrogant. Shame on the lady at the registry and the manager who was at thislocation on March 11th, 2022 at around 6:45pm to 7:10pm. Do train your staff to be kind towards other human beings and the leastyou could do is to have the decency to respect others. I am never going to visit any location of DQ here afterwards.
