Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went for my bday and got the worst service, they took forever to take our order. When we asked for cornbread, she practically threw them at us, same with the straws and napkins. Went again today to give them another chance and waited 20 minutes before anybody even came to take our drink order! Needless to say we left without even being able to order. Ridiculous!

I went there with a couple of friends to have breakfast o normally eat at the rockwall location but since my friends live around the 20/45 area it was closer this location to them , this is a really bad location ,customer service is really poor, the server was very rude name was kaylee , we ask for biscuits she's said we do t have any, we ask for spoons to stir the coffee they didn't have any , we ask for napkins etc.. every single time she had attitude , the top of the cherry is that every other location I've been they serve 3 pancakes this location only 2,I'm not coming back here!!!

I ordered food to go over the phone. The to go employee asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I replied no. She said to her co worker (while I was still on the phone) it 's always the classless, rude bitches that don 't leave money little did she know I 've been a server for 8 years and was going to give her cash when I came to pick it up. When I arrived I told the manager. And all she asked was she asked you for a tip? ‍ The manager eventually apologized for the employee 's behalf but still This past experience put a bad taste in my mouth.

The food here is good and the service was also good. I recommend this restaurant. This was my first time here. I also like the store within. They have some good collectible products for sale. I will be back here again.

Our waiter was great but they were really busy. Food was good. Only been a few times but I came just for the cream cheese stuffed pancakes. Sausages and eggs were very dry
