1880 Grille At Conestoga Golf Club

Our party of eight loved eating and the company and the service was great!

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but it turns out they no longer use that system. The restaurant is part of a country club, and there are only two buffet seats available, which we missed since we arrived late. As a result, there was no prime rib left. It felt a bit like we were in a fancy place, but nobody seemed to be aware of it. The atmosphere was quite loud, and while the food was well-prepared, there weren't many options available. This isn't a place for drop-ins.

We sat outside on the golf course, and there was only one other table occupied. I ordered a burger, which was delicious and came with a special sauce and crispy onion rings. The homemade slaw was also very good.

The service was quite slow, and the staff seemed unaware of the OpenTable reservations. However, the food was good, and we plan to return.
