Starbucks - Mesa

Service I have ever seen the worst at a dieucks .. the girl with the divided colored hairs (pink and brown) has no customer service at all .. keeps customers waiting and does not call up. I have exceeded this in more than one case

Everything about this store is excellent, except...it's absolutely freezing and the music is far too loud. I realize temperature and music volume levels will never meet everyone's approval, but can we at least compromise? It's so cold and we can't hear ourselves think, let alone try to converse. Thx!

The barista named Ayat is absolutely amazing!! She prepared the best Soy Latte I’ve had since being in the Phoenix area, while being there over a week ago. Ayat was very professional and kind! The Starbucks location was quite neat and clean. She was working alone and ran everything quite smoothly. I was quite impressed. I will definitely stop into this location just to experience the great customer service she gave me!

Well, it's difficult to say as I have been on hold for over 6 min. Soooo..... not impressed

The barista gave me a mini cup for my child. so sweet! our barista was so nice!
