Panda Express - Mesa

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and welcoming. The service is always quick, with little to no wait time. The food is fresh and delicious, making it my favorite place to dine!

This is a really nice and clean Panda Express at the NW corner Baseline Val Vista. Staff is at the top of things and manager Maria made me a fresh help from Angus Steak with Broccoli/Veges. I also had honey glazed shrimp, chicken egg rolls and rice/noodles. It was all delicious and I was out of the door in minutes and it was busy. Recommended delicious value Asian cuisine.

Are you here several times? regret it every time I come. Drive on the power, it's worth it. The service is painfully slow, no one of the employees has ever a sense of urgency, whether it connects 8 people or not. When you go to the door? Happiness to be recognized even with a glance, let alone a?hello? or?ll be right with you.?

The only redemption was the actual food. The service here is pretty bad. I ordered online at 1135. The pick-up time was 1150. I went around 1150 and waited 20 minutes, which would not have been bad, except I saw 20 people running in the door and their order made right in front of me and the time I picked up for my online order. This isn't the first time that's happening. I probably had about 4-5 times. I don't just get it staff and juggling online and personal orders. But there must be a better way than the people who expect food at a certain time, wait for other people to order after they get their food. At least a drink for me free while I wait. You may order personally and risk waiting in the line to order as before.

I ordered online, when my husband went in to pickup they told him there was no order for the name. Once he showed the order receipt they determined a Doordasher took the order. They looked at the receipt numerous times and the manager made my husband feel like he was trying to trick them and get food we didn't pay for when they made the mistake to allow a doordasher pick up our food. They remade our order but didn't make it correctly. I ordered wok fired shrimp and recieved walnut shrimp, if I had a nut allergy that would have been bad. The cream cheese wontons were overcooked and one had even opened up during cooking and had no filling but they still counted it and the order when they should have tossed it. The lo main had very large cabbage chunks in it. The food was cold, even though they had to remake the order. This location has gone down hill, the last few times the food has not been delicious. The quality is not there. I would pick a different location if I were you. There are plenty other ones near by.
