Mcdonald's - Mesa

Tree is only about 3 damen who work there that offer them good service and they seem to have more and more new people and they are not hit to work it customers. I'll be thrown every morning at 8 o'clock and unless the 3!Ladies work, there's always a mistake and hey should always tell their names when they give them their code, so they know they use it.

The food was made perfectly and drive thru/inside traffic was managed very well. I received my food fresh and quickly. At least, as fresh as can be expected at a fast food restaurant.

Ordered on the machine. Didn’t get a receipt. Waited over 15 minutes for our food. My husband goes to grab it. They gave us two incorrect sandwiches, and forgot the third. They also struggled to make my iced coffee. Waited over 15 minutes for my iced coffee. That they never made and I just asked for a coke instead. We then asked for the missing sandwitch (didn’t realize at the time that the other two were incorrect) they gave us spicy instead of regular.The only thing they got correct out of my entire order was the hash brown.Employees were arguing with each-other. Nobody knew what was going on.We finally left 35 minutes later fed up.Many customers were unhappy.

The people working at this McDonald’s are completely inept. I bet 1 out of every 3 orders I’ve had here have had problems and that is being forgiving. They regularly screw up through the drive-thru but are not any better at the counter. And for heaven’s sake, do not use a delivery service with this McDonald’s as your order will definitely be wrong.
