Jack In The Box - Mesa

They do not mix the chocolate and strawberry jake so I have a little frustrated a chocolate strawberry jake, but it is what I think other jack in the boxes need to do instead

Got the popcorn chicken box. Chicken was fried too hard and fries were cold and we were only 3 minutes from the restaurant and our fries were cold by the time we ate them ? ? ?

First , let me state that I am a long time customer and fan of Jack in the Box I worked at a Jack in the Box , through high school. I have had 2 memorable experiences , not necessarily bad but not real good, neither took place at this franchise. So to wrap this up, here is the review part, like most , food is always freshly prepared, hot , delicious. Service varies from place to place, but typically respectful and appreciative. In my opinion Most Jack's, are like this, can't lose with them and always feel at home.

There were three of us and we all placed orders that included chicken sandwiches, we customize the chicken sandwiches with mustard and pickles. They weren't added, and of course we didn't know until we got home. We also requested silverware for some of our sides and there was none. Since we were staying at a motel it was difficult to eat without a fork??. But on a positive note the employees were amazing, so kind oh, I wish we would have caught it because I'm sure they would have fixed it.

They were okay. The fries were old. The patty melt was really good. Even though they were short staffed but very friendly. I would give them another shot.
