Applebee's Grill - Mesa

I picked up an order from Uber Eats and was instructed to stand by the red apple on the wall in the pickup area. When I arrived, there was nobody there and the workers just walked by without asking if I needed help. This is not ideal for us drivers. We should be acknowledged and assisted as if we were paying customers ourselves, so that we can efficiently serve your paying customers. Thank you.

I placed my order online and received my delivery promptly. It seems like Applebee's utilizes DoorDash for their online orders. I got chicken tenders with fries and dipping sauce, as well as loaded mashed potatoes and a Strawberry Banana smoothie. The food was hot and tasted just like it does in the commercials. The smoothie was perfectly chilled.

The staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious. I used to pay $20 for two meals, then it increased to $25, and now it's $35 for the same order. That's $17 per person, which is quite pricey. I only visit when I have a gift card, but the wings are still the best in town!

We come to this Applebee's on a regular basis as we live close by. We sit at the bar and talk to bartender quite often. The service is always good and food is great. Love the atmosphere here as a neighborhood hangout. Alina is our favorite bartender at this Applebee's. She always remembers what we drink and is very pleasant and sociable.
