The Hungry Horse Cafe - Merthyr Tydfil

I have visited this cafe several times recently and have enjoyed their freshly cooked lunches. They offer a variety of options such as lasagna, steak pie, fish cakes, chicken and leek pie, and a delicious chicken curry. Their breakfasts are also one of the best in the area. The staff is very accommodating and the prices are great. You won't be disappointed here!

I frequently travel to Bristol with my daughter for hospital appointments. On our way back home, we usually stop for lunch and have been regular patrons of the Steel Horse in Abergavenny. However, recently I rediscovered this place and found that the food is much better and more affordable. The meals are cooked freshly to order by friendly staff. I used to frequent this restaurant a few years ago during motorcycle training and it's been a pleasure to visit again.
