Bidra med feedbackVisited The falls and found this little Gem. Was not so sure at the beginning if it's genuine Portuguese. On arrival, was greeted at the table just as if I was in Portugal with bread, Sardine pate, butter and olives. They had the traditional food and alcohol, just like if I was in Portugal. Cod in cream (bacalhau com natas), one of my favorites. Ending the meal with a nice cafe and Beirao ... Totally recommended.
Good fresh food, generous portions ad very good value for money. We were served by Catherine who was friendly and helpful. We saw a photo of a burning sausage which we wanted to try and although it wasn't on the menu, we could have it. Our food arrived at table in a good time and it was served by the chef himself. Great experience.
Food was fantastic, staff lovely and friendly, all true to Portuguese cuisine with a passion for their food. Chef lovely and wanted to make sure all was good. Steak was done to perfection and mixed grill was very large and tasty, the sausages were 'to die for! ' Only visiting Wales but was worth a visit. Don 't be put off by the decor, the food more than makes up for it. One of those hidden gems
