The Honey Baked Ham Company

Went to honey baked in Merrillville, IN today (8/9/24) and the chicken sandwich I received was so dry, tasteless, croissant bread not fresh and pickle was shriving up (horrible). I had to go come and fix it up and that’s a shame!! If I had the time I would’ve taken the sandwich back. This business need to get back to the food being fresh and delicious. This particular location I don’t know about all locations has really gone down (quality wise) and it use to be awesome! Need to train how to make delicious and presentable food. I’m glad I didn’t purchase anything else. It was dark and dreary in there. No wonder I don’t see many people coming. Your prices is outrageous for what you get. I won’t be returning to this location

I would've given an extra star if I could ever find them open. I came Wednesday and didn't realize they closed at 4. No biggie. I came today because your Google page says you're open until 7. Well it's 4:30. The lights are off, the door is locked and the closed sign is in the window. My coupon is going to expire.

The pre-packed slices we're thick you got 3 slices for $16 and the brown sugar rim was burnt
