Excellent quality of the raw materials, enhanced by the chef in simple preparations that respect the Salento tradition. The horse stew with sauce melted in your mouth. The staff is super courteous and very knowledgeable about local wines. I tasted 5 wines, 1 white, 1 red, 2 still rosés, 1 sparkling rosé, one better than the other. Truly a nice discovery, we will return as soon as possible!
