Dulcie's Cottage - MERIMBULA

This restaurant is very pricey for what you get. We were in Merimbula so we thought we would try Dulcie’s it was cold inside very small and we thought it was very over priced.

One of the nicest burgers I've had and i live my burgers. They had a blues brothers special Burger and boy was it good. Very highly recommended a visit.

Awesome venue. We drive four hours south just to get the burgers. Best you’ll ever have and so fresh.

We tried Dulcies after we saw the garden all lit up with fairy lights. It looked beautiful and did not disappoint. The welcome was warm and friendly; we were originally seated towards the back of the restaurant but, when the table next to the log fire was vacated, we were asked if we would like to sit by the fire. Of course, we said yes. It was freezing outside. The Dulcie Burger was the best my husband and I had ever tasted and the little chips just enough to complete the meal. We had a bottle of Dulcies Sparkling wine which was chilled beautifully and placed in an ice bucked surrounded by ice perfection. Our waiter was so attentive and friendly but also very professional. We do not know his name (sorry) but we were so happy with his service. In fact, we went back the following night to have the same food , wine and waiter because we were thrilled with everything. Truly recommend this lovely little restaurant for all ages we are in our 70's and never felt out of place with younger people around us.
