The last few time we've stopped at this one and take it home we've discovered our meal is all wrong. Tonight the Nacho Bell Grande was loaded with the spicy chicken (which is horrible), should have been beans and taco meat, not chicken and beans; the cheese quesadilla that was order with no jalapeno sauce and extra cheese was covered in the sauce and no extra cheese. The gal at the window was friendly but otherwise, I'm just tired of the constant order screwups at this locations. We tried stopping there last night, online showed it was open until 11PM, pulled up at 10:05 and was told they were closed.
Horrible. Always nasty inside. Slow service. Disrespectful employees. I can almost bet that my order will never be right.
Nothing we requested on the menu was available. Then was told they were out of one thing when we got to the window. I will never go back to ths location. Its happened several times
I was at this location one hour ago in the drive thru. While waiting for my food at the window I noticed 2 employees wearing mask and two employee(one being the manager)not wearing a mask. I ended up asking the drive thru associate if mask were required? His response was Yes . I then pointed the direction of the two not wearing mask. With all of this covid going on you would think that manager would be taking this serious and leading by example.
