I ordered a pizza it was ready in minutes. Not only was it great pizza but, it was very delicious. However, I originally wanted it delivered but I was told that door dash wouldn't deliver to Hazel Green. That was disappointing.
Worst little caesars I’ve ever seen. We waited in line for an hour and once we got to the window they were counting money two hours before they closed. After an additional 20 minutes they took our order and we asked for a receipt. They did not give us a receipt and so we went inside and asked for it multiple times and they ignored us and walked back into the kitchen. After another 15 minutes they gave us our pizza still with no receipt. Once we got home they had given us three of wrong pizzas. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and a stuffed crust pizza. We were given three pizzas and all of them had thin crust, onions, peppers, and sausage. Either someone needs to be fired or there needs to be drug tests being administered to the employees. Not to mention that we had called twice and nobody answered even though there were plenty of employees. The third time we tried to walk inside they had locked the doors. (Did I mention the was TWO HOURS before they closed?
Place an online order at 5:44pm on 8/11/2021. I arrive at the drive up line at 5:50pm, arrive at the drive up window at 6:00pm and gave my name 4 times to 3 different people. After my original pickup time I called the store 3 times, no one answered. I blew my horn several. Five to Six cars behind me pulled around to the front of the store to complain about the extremely long wait. It was not until 6:32pm before an employee can to the window that it will be another 15 minutes before my order would be ready and I had to drive around and wait in line again because I could not wait at their window. Now I’m passed off. Not one person including the manager on duty did not update me on what was going on. Finally he told me what was happening after 45+ minutes. In the meantime other customer who waiting in the line behind drove around and went into the store and was not so polite about the long wait time. Just a word of advice. Consider having a business minded manager on duty that can make wise decisions and do not allow a group of immature young adults run your business that will cost the a loss in profits. I want a District Manager to contact me as soon as possible.
Was waiting in drive-thru for 25 minutes the little short white boy looked at me twice and didn't say nothing finally a young gentleman came to the window and let me know that they were out of wings when I wanted to order those he could have came to me at first and told me that they were out they're always out of stuff and they never want to come and get the window I had six cars behind me and all six of us left
