If you like good service, delicious food and a homey atmosphere, you need to check this place out. This Texas girl says the brisket Will Not disappoint! The bisquits were also super tasty and a good way to start your meal. It felt like I was having a really great home cooked meal made by my mom in SE Texas. Soooo yummy!

This establishment is phenomenal. The food, portion sizes, and service are top notch. As a foodie, i will definitely be back. Cant wait to explore the rest of the menu.

Okay. This place has almost everything right. My wife and I went in for brunch and both got the brisket and eggs. Everything was great. The eggs were prepared perfectly, the hash brown casserole was a lot better than I expected and I loved the texture of it. Probably my only gripe about the food is that I prefer my brisket to be close to pulled and they prepare theirs to be sliced but that is preferential so not really a problem. However they are smoking it is done right. It has a nice smoke ring but it isn't overwhelming. Very good brisket. The place is very clean and that was noticeable and nice. The ambience is great and the service is great. One piece of advice from a guy who deals with music and sound regularly... barnyard needs a legit sound system installed with speakers throughout. Background noise is nice during a meal so you aren't having to listen to other people's conversations and the speakers at the bar just aren't cutting it. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Good home cooking food. We shared the barnyard burger and the farmer chop salad. Good double burger with fried egg, bacon and cheese we substituted fries for the oven baked carrots. The farm salad was really good, lots of smoked turkey, veggies, little sweet on the vinagrate for us but still good. Price was good too. Service was fast and quiet atmosphere. Recommend yes.

Absolutely amazing! They always say you need to listen to your mom, and she was right about this place! I had the blue plate special, best fried chicken I've ever had! Definitely need to get the fried green tomatoes!! I will be back!
