Bidra med feedbackService has gone down horribly their delivery is horrible their customer service is horrible the last several times through the drive-thru I have not gotten what I ordered I have been charged more than I was supposed to items were forgotten and then they don't want to take care of their mistakes by refunding your money or any compensation for the fact that you spent your time and gas and money to get it for them to screw it up and take no accountability. Food is good but this specific location is horrible.
The employee who announced our order glared at me as I approached and rolled his eyes after I took the food, it was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional to scowl at a customer for simply taking their order. I understand that food service can be a demanding job but there's no reason to have an attitude towards your customers.
I ordered like 50 boxed lunches for a work event. All of the sandwiches were made perfectly, they even delivered earlier than what I originally scheduled (upon request). Sarah helped me take everything inside as well. This was such an easy and quality experience.
This reward is useless. I bought $60 worth of food in 1 order then more in the same month and all that I got was a reward from a pickle, a bag of chips or a cookie. they would think $140 worth eating in 1 month would get at least one free $7 sandwich. I'm going to another sandwich shop that's worth my business!
I orfered 2 sandwiches and both of them had no cheese. When i called to make sure they are aware, their manager patrick called me a liar. I left the tip and didn 't even want them to remake sandwiches, and he should be ashamed of himself to talk to customer with hey . I am not that cheap, but he is.He said he saw the cheese and i could 've take the cheese out before taking a picture- what a crack. Not intelligent at all.never will go there again and will fill out a complaint with state.
