Jean's - Meridian

This is the best restaurant I've ever visited in Mississippi! The homemade food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. If you're in Meridian and don't dine here, you're missing out on some truly delicious food!

This was my first time visiting Jean's restaurant and it instantly reminded me of my grandmother's home cooking. I ordered the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, and creamed corn on a Friday. For dessert, I had pecan pie. Everything was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the hamburger steak was a bit pink for my taste. The staff was incredibly polite and courteous, making it an overall good experience.

The food and service at this restaurant is excellent. The meat and three options, as well as the homemade desserts, are all outstanding.

I was in Meridian for a couple days looking for a job. My Airbnb Host had suggested this restaurant. I was not disappointed!! The food is old Southern comfort food and DeeLicious!!!! The wait staff was friendly and the food was served fast! And Vera wasthe best waitress! I highly recommend Jean's!!!

Oh my God! Amazing food! Absolutely stellar. Got the dumplings, they were AWESOME. The sides like the collard greens were flavorful and not too soggy. Would highly recommend!
