4/18- the drive thru crew was customer service spot on. They were friendly, up beat, service oriented enough so that all the people in the car made a comment about it being the best service at a drive thru in many months. If we knew their names, we would give a shout out to the closing crew tonight! Fast service, good food, and tasty treats were a hit tonight.

Went through the drive through yesterday expecting a good experience, was met with a respectful gentlemen at the speaker only to be met with what i’m assuming is a man at the window who was very disrespectful and reaked of BO and was very very slow to get me my change ended up waiting 4 minutes just to get 1.32$ back and he forgot my receipt, i could see my blizzards sitting on the counter yet he was busy messing with his hair rather then giving me my food, wouldn’t come again.

I will give this place 5 stars however i did have one problem with them. i went here the other day, and they were doing a deal where you could buy one get one free blizzard. just to help me understand correctly, i said, “if i get 4 blizzards, does that mean two of them will be free?” the lady said yes, and i even asked several times to make sure. when i got up there, they said the total was $17! i told them how the girl i talked to said i could have 2 of those for free since i bought 4 of them and because of the deal, but they didn’t give it to me. i’m thinking it was just a little bit of a misunderstanding to the girl i was talking to. all of the employees there are very nice and welcoming and from my experience, whenever i go there, they always will ask me how my day is going! i would recommend this place to anyone who wants it!

I can’t explain to you how amazing this experience was. I’ve been to plenty of Dairy Queen’s and this one by far was the best tasting and best customer service I’ve received at one.
