Blaze Pizza - Meridian

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable and skilled at making delicious pizzas cooked perfectly. I highly recommend trying their build-your-own pizza option, where you can choose your favorite toppings to suit your taste. The quality of the food is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable for the excellent dining experience you receive. This place is hard to beat in terms of quality and value.

Try the "Do Yourself" pizza at this restaurant. It's topped with red sauce, paprika, sausage, mushrooms, Mozzarella and Feta cheese, and Jalapeños for an extra kick.

I'd give 5 stars, but I can't because I got disappointed today. I come here quite often the most employees are very hard working. Every time I go, there is a girl with black hair that is just so lazy and not take the time to make the pizza look good. As you can see, she puts all sauce on the outside only cheese on the inside. She needed a few more seconds to make it look better.

Your build-your-own formula is great, topping selection better than any other pizza shop in town, great crew working here. I wish the amount of each topping was more, but for most it is probably a non-problem.

We had the cauliflower crust make your own pizza and they were pretty good. The ingredients were a little skimpy on a couple of them but overall a solid pizza. We ordered online and got takeout and our order was done right on time. We'll be back.
