Bidra med feedbackThis place is for people that just got out of spin class. The background music makes it feel like you never left the gym. Everything on the menu is designed to be a guilt-free treat, with names like ?Peaches Dream? and ?Beauty Latte,? which will certainly appeal to many. However, the food was anything but a treat. The tofu scramble was a giant pile of sautéed shredded cabbage with a few grains of salt. It was missing not just something, but quite a few somethings.Similar lack of flavor in the Primal bowl, which serves as a testament to the power of avocado to make things better. Recommendation: go to your local grocery and spend the money on a handful of organic avocados instead.
Food is not great, over seasoned and in need of balance. The the power green bowl was very sour/salty, seriously in need of something to balance it like a rice. The oats tasted like a scented candle. The toast is bland, they charge extra for everything. Hot sauce, syrup, sugar anything to make the bland food taste good they charge you more for? tho the items are priced high as is. Eating in the shop is not a fun experience, uncomfortable cheep furniture. Small location, would only suggest to go items and the smoothie bowls. Don?t waste your time and money on anything else.
Half the time I call for a pick up order they don?t answer the phone. The other half the time they don?t have most of the items on the menu. Just walked in today to buy a small post workout juice at $5.75 as listed by their sign. The girl charged me $7.50! For a tiny bottle! I explained to her that?s false advertising and they need to honor the price it?s listed at. She ignored me and continued with the higher price. I ended up canceling my order. I don?t understand why theycan?t get it together over there.
The store decor was beautiful. They were wearing masks and Their ingredients were fresh. I would recommend for their exclusive bol (bowl) smoothie.
I live near this place and have tried it many times ? it?s very hit or miss, but more often than not a miss. For the prices of their food, I expect consistent, high-quality, well-prepared food with great service. Typically though my experience has been far from. Today I ordered 2 Strawberry Kiwi smoothies and an avocado toast online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was handed 2 smoothies and told that the Strawberry Kiwi smoothie had been discontinued, but nottaken off the menu. All fine, but I was surprised to not have been offered a different smoothie with all ingredients available, or a substitution for the Kiwi. Nope, just a strawberry smoothie, see ya later. For $15 a smoothie I would havehoped for all the ingredients I am paying for. Oh, and the avocado toast had no sprouts and was prepared on the butt of the bread. Excited for the new smoothie place to open down the block to hopefully add some healthy competition for thisplace to step up their game.
