Cozy little bistro with lots of drink and food options (no smoothies...a few people came in asking for those). The coffee was good and I had chilaquiles for lunch and it was fantastic and also Gluten Free (GV) and Vegan!Adjacent to the Colorado History Center, they have indoor and outdoor seating as well as bathrooms and free Wi Fi.Dietary restrictions: There were a handful of Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) options on their menu (see pics)
