Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

I'm not sure what's going on with my favorite restaurant. Everyday the past week I have had nothing but problems placing and getting what I order. Today was my second time at this location.Due to I had problems with other local locations. I ask for crispy potatoes.Extra Krispy pulled up to the window. She handed me my back. I told her I needed my potatoes extra crispy. She said they were and slammed the door in my face. I don't get it.

I don't even know what to say. Stopped by after my kids soccer game to have a spoon bender. Told them my son has a peanut allergy and asked them if they could wash the mixer before mixing his which they assure me they do every time. His third spoonful he literally found a peanut in his custard that he recognized in his mouth. This negligence (or worse deliberate action) could literally kill someone. I never write bad reviews, but I believe people need to know that this establishment has no regard for safety or its customers.

Just walked up to get food time is 915 employees looked over smiled I waited for over 10 mins and not one person came to take my order but had no problems taking drive thru orders that arrived after me very bad service and if you don't offer walk up past a certain time if should be posted instead of the employees ignoring the customer
