Bidra med feedbackCirque catered our 140 person wedding, and our guests still can’t stop talking about their food- especially the chicken piccata ? it’s no easy feat to feed that many people so quickly, but no one felt like they were waiting long at all! My husband is stillllll talking about the goat cheese sweet potato tatter tots all the guests received as a side as well! Thank you Brendan and team! The blood orange margarita was also a huge hit!
Got the brusselsprouts at the food truck and they were undercooked and oily. I know they are fried, but none of them were crispy and all were soggy. Not worth $13
Brandon created a 4 course menu for a friend's birthday in her backyard, it was to die for ?? every course was STUNNING, intensely creative, beyond delicious. would 1000% hire Cirque for any all private dining so so so worth it!
Chef Brandon encapsulated everything you could imagine and hope for from an accomplished private chef taking over your kitchen and creating a four course meal you could never produce if you dedicated your whole life to the craft. The cocktails were the best we’ve ever consumed, the food was out of this world, and the tact and presentation was perfect. Look no further, you found your chef.
We had an absolutely incredible experience when Brandon came to cook a private 4 course meal for my best friends 30th birthday. I truly can’t decide which course was the best because they were all phenomenal. Cannot recommend him enough!
