Bastien's - Meridian Station

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's been there for a long time and deserves all my stars! Everything you'd say about a restaurant is top-quality here. My servers steak knowledge surpasses my own and the steak quality is always on point.

Food was fantastic! Pricey, but to be expected for the quality. This was a great Father’s Day destination.

This place was super interesting! I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life driven past this place many many times and never knew that it’s was a hidden gem! I’ve never had a sugar steak and it sure was a treat if you’ve never had one this is a must try! The wife got the sugar hamburger and said it was delicious! We also tried their bacon wrapped scallops and they were so tasty as well. This is definitely a spot I will have to return too

Keep doing what you're doing, Bastien’s. Lara was fantastic. The service was excellent at every stage. Our group of 8 arrived at nine and were the last to leave, but both the food and service were outstanding. It's a truly unique and enjoyable experience with unmatched character and atmosphere. If it's your first visit, you must try the sugar steak before exploring other styles. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The 4 star is based only on the steaks. My partner has tried a variety of other options and she has always been disappointed. But the steaks have always been delicious and unique. Go here for a steak. Skip it if you're in the mood for anything else.
