Don't make orders on their page. They don't know how that works, and they lie, saying that the order will be 30 mins after the order is received. I made the order at 5:56 p.m., and the order was received at 9:20pm. Three hours and twenty-four mins after. During all this time I called them, and the lady that answered ask where I made the order, and when I told them on their page, her answer was that she needed to check on it and they will call me back after. I waited half an hour and I called back; what she said is that the order is on the way I ask how long will take and she said 15 to 20 mins another lie, I called back half an hour later again asking where is the food and she passed me to the manager he ask me the same questions and he said that the orders online are managed by the boss, so I told him so pass me with your boss and he only answered that he will call me back and I said now nobody will call back. He said the longer we are on the phone, the later he will call. Call that I never had. I called back, and the lady answered again, saying that it was on the way. I didn't believe it, so I asked for the drivers number. Another liar because he said that looking to Google Maps, he will be able to do the delivery in 8 mins. Those 8 minutes were multiplied by 4. I called him again, and he lied again, saying that he called me to announce he was at my house and a man picked it up and hanged up. And ask if I am still waiting for him. What I responded was that I had been waiting 3 hours, and please stop lying. My phone has been in my hands. He called again and said that he didn't find the building where I lived so that confim that he lied saying that he had brang the food earlier. The food was cold, part of it overcooked or undercooked. In conclusion, they lost a client of more than 10 years. And I will tell everyone to order or go to Jade Gardens.

Ordered generals taos chicken Sunday night and the wrost decision ever food poisoning messed up my stomach bad. I do not recommend

Very delicious I have nothing negative to say. Everything I ordered was made just right and it definitely hit the spot I ordered general tso’s chicken with pork fried rice, chicken and broccoli and chicken wings and fried scallops and it was all very good food. I recommend everything I ordered.

Ordered online said it would be ready within 15 min was not ready for 45. when the food came out it was burnt and had no flavor. we ordered boneless spare ribs, they were black and charred. very disappointed with the all around experience. will not be eating here again
