Bidra med feedbackAs someone who has traversed Connecticut in search of authentic Mexican cuisine, from the bustling streets of Brooklyn to the vibrant neighborhoods of Chicago, I was eager to try Tacos Mi Nacho. On Cinco de Mayo, I found myself drawn to their establishment, enticed by the promise of great margaritas and tantalizing tacos. While the margaritas did indeed impress, I cannot express 100% gratitude for my overall experience. The tacos lived up to their reputation, bursting with flavor and authenticity. However, my excitement waned when I tried their tortas. A staple in Mexican cuisine, I was disappointed to find them lacking in key ingredients. The dryness of the meal and the absence of beans left me questioning the authenticity of their offerings. In all my culinary adventures, I have never encountered a torta without beans. In addition to the tortas, I also sampled their quesadilla, and unfortunately, it failed to meet expectations. If I were to return to Tacos Mi Nacho, it would be solely for the tacos and margaritas. As someone still on the quest for the ultimate authentic Mexican dining experience, I remain open to new discoveries. While Tacos Mi Nacho left something to be desired, the search for the perfect taco continues.Parking: While Tacos Mi Nacho does offer parking on-site, my recent experience during Cinco de Mayo has prompted me to share some advice regarding parking arrangements.Although there is parking available, the limited space can quickly fill up, especially during busy times. On Cinco de Mayo, I observed numerous cars circling the lot, patiently waiting for a spot to open up.For a smoother experience, I would recommend visiting Tacos Mi Nacho during off-peak hours or considering alternative parking options. The parking space, while convenient, may not accommodate all patrons during peak times. To avoid any parking woes, plan ahead by either arriving early or exploring nearby parking alternatives. By doing so, you can focus on enjoying the culinary delights that Tacos Mi Nacho has to offer without the hassle of finding parking.
The food is so delicious and rich! The drinks are excellent. The atmosphere is perfect to bring the family. The music is perfect for their Mexica culture and does not speak evil. The restaurant is clean. Now my waitress's service was terrible. We had to ask him about the drink three times. When he brought the drink he was missing one and we had to call him again to bring it to my son.The service from others was perfect!
Had the nachos and shredded beef tacos. All were good and filling
2:30pm on a nice Saturday...walked in, place was packed and we were famished. Waitress came over with chips and 4 salsa choices right away. We took a bit to order and was amazed how quick it came. I had awesome steak tacos and wife and daughter had burritos they said were great. We also ordered guacamole. I'll say the guac was one of the best I've ever had and you know it was fresh. We would highly recommend this place.
This place is busy and packed. The food is amazing but the parking sucks. Still worth it. Order your food ahead
