Miyabi - Mérida

We got there a bit late, and the service was not bad. The food was not great, but passable. The main issue was that at the end of the meal, we found a roach walking on the wall right next to me. I killed it and the waiter ran over to say that they only recent fumigated. Still a roach at your table with a lame excuse. We paid completely and left, will never return there again.

I don't like sushi but by wife does so we come here once every other month for lunch and I get the chicken teriyaki. The ambiance on the patio is very nice with the moving water and lots of fans to keep cool. Staff is friendly and efficient menus are also available in English if needed

Only year ago i would recommend Miyabi Arbol to everyone. The inconsistency is noticeable and we had to remind waiters we expect freshness, not rice from yesterday. Anyhow, last night they didn’t take my order properly, ordered Asuka, got Sakura sushi. Of course they argued we me, it’s a client’s fault never theirs...that kind of approach. Sufficient to completely ruin a night out. The manager was there he approach me at the end when I already ordered taxi and generously offered to take out $45 mxp from my bill LOL and they will do it quickly! I was absolutely against given my credit card was already charged for a taxi ride. I explained to the manager very clearly it was not in my interest to wait for them to correct the bill. As expected took me forever to get and pay again for another cab. Overall, extremely disappointing. Not sure we’ll go again. It’s not only they don’t know the products, to me is still unbelievable they make you to argue with waiters over the order. Unbelievable and insulting.

Second favorite Japanese cuisine rest in Merida! All the rolls tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and service were top notch.

Me gustó muchísimo el restaurant, el sushi fresco la atención muy personalizada , siempre al pendiente . El único detalle es que no nos explicaron que a todos los nigiris les ponían un poco de wasabi y mi hijo termino enchilado pero fuera de eso todo de primera.
