Cold Stone Creamery - Merced

That is the first cold stone I ever had, not properly mixed the ingredients to get a bit of everything together. I have the peanut butter-suck-perfection, as if I only had chocolate ice cream. I was questioning this and it was remade. I saw it again made and for the size I got it not used 2 pb tassen, enough pb or chocolate syrup. cost-effective money wasting when I treated it was also dirty. necessary, table to clean and müll out

Don't go to often but when I do it's always delicious ?

I got the cookie dough bits in my cookie dough ice cream. The ice cream was ok but the cookie dough was salty! Thought they were soy sauce chunks. Im honestly not a big fan of the ice cream there. My gf loves it so I guess depends on the person. Customer service is also decent, returning only cause it's my gf's favorite.

Though I really enjoyed my ice cream I give this Coldstone location 3 stars as they need to clean up inside (floor, windows, equipment, etc). I hope they clean it up or I'll sadly have to cross them off my list because if a business doesn't care how clean they are, imagine the state of the food they serve!

My husband and I came in to celebrate good news with ice cream, which the employee made and tasted great.The three stars is for the lack of cleanliness. One out of three tables were clean enough for us to sit at. All the chairs that didn't have plastic covers on them are black from old stains. On our way out we noticed a dead bug by the front door. Even if there was only one employee working it wasn't busy and the tables and floors could have at least been cleaned. The manager should look into new chairs.
