I must start by saying that Starbucks is the only business that I have ever given five well-deserved stars to, and I firmly stand by this decision. The Mequon, WI location has a fantastic staff, but on my most recent visit, I encountered an older employee who was not as friendly as I am accustomed to experiencing. After my third interaction with this employee, I felt compelled to leave this review as I believe that good customer service is crucial. Our experiences as customers greatly influence whether we are inclined to return or not, and good customer service truly makes all the difference.
