Bidra med feedbackThe food is mediocre at best. I really wanted to love this place but it's not great. We waited 30 minutes for spring rolls that had just chicken in it, nothing else, just chicken. The rice noodles are kinda greasy. The chicken is really good, but it's not worth it compared to anything else. The guy working was also really pushy, and kinda forced us to get food from them. I felt too bad to not order.
I went there sometimes when I finished working out from Planet Fitness. I always get special vermicelli, and one time banh mi sandwich. I love eating sweet and spicy, so I always get either spicy chili sauce on top of vermicelli dishes or jalapeno on the sandwich. The guy was so kind and can be friendly talkative when he is not busy! There is also Bubble House next to this restaurant, you can go full Asian mode getting bubble tea or dessert after you get your Vietnamese food here.
Best I’ve had if I could give it 6 I would ,,,I work in Downtown Cleveland and love PHO my go to were always Superior Number one and Pho thang . If you know you know. This is my new go to place, the broth is spot on. Owner is Vietnamese so I would expect no less very friendly and wonderful food. Wife had chicken stir fry with rice noodles and she gave it a five star.. If you want good food don’t hesitate after reading other reviews keep in mind this is authentic Vietnamese, I pay more in Cleveland for lesser quality PHO. If you want food court Chinese get the bourbon chicken across the way which is made for Americans but not much cheaper.
I ordered the curry chicken. They had no prices on their signage. My wife got Sarku chicken for $10, so I figured it would be similar in price. When I got to the cash register they said it would be $18 for one curry chicken w/ rice and an egg roll. I told them I was not expecting for it to be that much. They said they would take 3 dollars off making it $15. Their food seems higher quality than the other places at the food court so I agreed. The food was not worth it. It was way over priced and the egg roll was a pork roll that tastes like a hotdog in a spring roll. No wonder ever other food place had a line of customers and their employees were just standing around. Later that night I looked at our bank statement to see they charged me 18 dollars. I will never buy food from them ever again.
