The pizza was fantastic! The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. We ordered take out for dinner and the total cost was between $10-20 per person. Both the food and service were rated a 5 out of 5, and the overall atmosphere was also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Pizza and the Sausage and Cheese Pizza.

Maxims is my go-to lunch spot. The owners are fantastic people. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is perfect. Dining in at Maxims is always a great experience. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend Maxims for a great lunchtime meal.

People- Extremely kind and personable. Great people, I can't express that enough. Service- Always gets the order right, fast and efficient. Meals are never cold. Environment- Clean and organized Food- Outstanding. By far the best in Mentor. Whenever I visit from CA, I have to get my fix with Maxims. It's like having Little Italy in Mentor. I love their sauce. My go to is there cavatelli and I get the eggplant roll ups . I just got their chicken wings for the first time and didn't expect too much but they were the best chicken wings I've literally ever had even beating out actual chicken wing restaurants. They were a dry rub so I was nervous about that too but they were super flavorful, moist and the skin was crispy without being over cooked... and they were HOT(temperature) . Italian wedding soup DELICIOUS! I don't want to take away from other Italian restaurants in the area but I don't know how anyone would pass up Maxims for anything else!!! This food does not taste generic or basic. 100% homemade Italian food. Coming from an Italian! MANGIA!
